All account balances, deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals on 10ji are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). 10ji does not accept deposits in foreign currencies or any form of cryptocurrency.
Withdrawals may only be processed to payment methods that have been verified as belonging to the registered account holder. You may not withdraw funds to a payment method that was not used for a prior deposit, except where 10ji expressly permits an alternative withdrawal method following identity verification.
Withdrawals to GCash and Maya are typically processed within five (5) to fifteen (15) minutes of approval. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other Philippine banks are typically completed within twenty-four (24) hours. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the cashier section of your 10ji account. 10ji reserves the right to process large withdrawals in installments and to request additional documentation before processing withdrawals above specified thresholds.
Where a bonus is active on your account, withdrawal of the bonus amount and any winnings derived therefrom is subject to the completion of applicable wagering requirements. Real-money deposits not subject to bonus wagering requirements may generally be withdrawn at any time, subject to these Terms.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by 10ji are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, minimum odds, time limits, and maximum withdrawal limits. These specific terms are communicated at the time the bonus is offered and form part of these Terms.

Bonuses that are not claimed or wagering requirements that are not completed within the specified validity period will expire automatically. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings will be removed from your account without notice.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 10ji. Any unauthorized use of 10ji's intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action.

10ji's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 10ji does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk.
10ji reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (net of bonuses and any amounts subject to investigation) will be returned to your verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
